All new clients are required to leave a card on file in order to book your appointment. Your card will not be charged at time of booking. It is only held to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason I kindly ask you do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in 50% of your scheduled service charged to your card on file. If you no show/no call to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service and will be required to put down a 50% deposit in order to rebook. I completely understand that things come up and things happen that are out of our control. I will be using my discretion on these occasions. LATE POLICY ——————- I understand life happens. I will use my discretion when it comes to cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled service, you will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you no show/no call your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked to your card on file and will be banned from booking. There is a 15 min grace period if you are late. After 15 mins of your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your appointment and be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
